Tested an offer change on a brand where AOV had stagnated. Restructured the proposition without threshold discounts or free-shipping mechanics. AOV rose 20% with conversion rate holding flat — meaning the lift was real revenue per order, not discount-funded.

AI tools I've built

Before I write a creative brief, I want to know how the customer actually talks. Not how the brand thinks they talk — how they actually do. So I built tools that mine the places where customers speak honestly:

  • Reddit voice scraper — pulls discussions from category subreddits to surface the language, frustrations, and desires customers express when they're not being marketed to.
  • Testimonial miner — extracts recurring themes, objections, and emotional hooks from product reviews across the brand and its competitors. Tells me what people actually love and hate.
  • Ad comment analyzer — mines the comments under top-performing ads to surface unaddressed objections. High-engagement ads become a free focus group.
  • Funnel integrity scanner — automated checks across product catalogs to catch broken destinations before ad spend hits dead links. Operational hygiene at scale.
